Snow Lotus Muscle Liniment is a highly effective soothing topical liniment for relief of muscle aches and pains, sprains, strains and other soft tissue injuries without bleeding. I originally thought this was the oil muscle liniment - it's very similar. This one is longer lasting than the oil. The oil is for immediate relief and this one is for longer relief. Both are excellent products and I combine the two! Can't live without them!
I did not have as much relief with this product as I did with the Muscle Liniment oil. Someone gave me a bottle of the oil and I loved it. I should have ordered that instead.
