Shipping and Returns Terms & Conditions


Sorry, we do not accept American Express.


We process and ship orders Monday through Friday and strive for a quick turnaround time of 2-3 business days.

Orders are sent from our facility in Santa Rosa, California, via UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First Class Mail, all depending on the size and destination of the order. Please note that UPS will only deliver to street addresses.

Overseas shipping rates: Please email us directly to obtain a quote for international shipping.


We want you to be happy with your Snow Lotus order! If there is an error or damage with your order, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt so that we can review the issue. With your notification please include a clear description of the error or damage.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us no later than 5 business days of receipt. In order for us to file a claim, please email us pictures of the box, packaging and the damaged product.

We are unable to accept or process returns without written approval from the Snow Lotus office, or requests that are submitted after 30 days of receipt.

Please note you may be subject to either a $30 or 10% of order restocking fee (whichever is greater) for approved returns. This charge applies unless the return or cancellation resulted directly from our error.

For Educational Seminars

Cancellation policy:  Cancellations received up to 10 calendar days prior to the first day of the seminar will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds can be given after the first day of the seminar.
