In Chinese Medicine: Siberian Fir belongs to the woody-pungent oils, used to tonify the Qi and warm the Lung. Woody fragrance energy carries a gathering, sinking quality that supports and consolidates, distinguishing this group from the outward-dispersing fresh-pungent oils.

Chinese Medicine functions adapted from Peter Holmes, L.Ac., M.H., Channeling Fragrance. The full profile — treatment patterns, acupoint combinations and synergist oils — is in the book.

For external use only. Properly dilute all essential oils in lotion or vegetable carrier oil before massage or other topical use. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, have any health conditions, or are taking medications, please consult your healthcare provider prior to using essential oils.

This Siberian fir essential oil smells like a freshly cut Christmas tree in a bottle.
