Symptoms: Irritability, nervous tension, worry, anxiety, repetitive thinking, insomnia, impulsivity; T striated, with red tip; P tight, wiry
Dominant oils: Blue tansy, Lavender, Roman camomile, Geranium, jojoba oil

This is my first purchase of this product. Love it in my diffuser. Has a calming effect and the house smells so pretty.
I put 1 or 2 drops of this Calm Spirit on a cotton pad under my pillow at night. It smells wonderful and allows a deep sleep. The results are amazing, and with no drugs!
I love the scent. It is very relaxing.
