Note: Neroli is actually the essential oil of bitter orange flowers. It is so called after the celebrated princess of Nerola in the Italian Renaissance (Anna Maria de La Tremoille). Her lavish, extravagant use of bitter-orange flower oil as perfume for her body and clothes eventually gave her name to this oil.

Fragrance profile: A lyrical, floral sweet-citrus oil with floral honeysuckle overtones, distilled from bitter orange flowers.

Fragrance energy: Citrus-sweet

Properties: Uplifting, relaxing, harmonizing

Chinese medicine function: To regulate the Qi, settle the Heart and harmonize the spirit

Complementary blending: Bergamot, Mandarin, Benzoin, Ylang ylang, Jasmine absolute, Geranium, Rose oil and absolute, Lavender

    What a beautiful scent! Makes me think of sunshine and citrus blossoms.... I also like mixing it with lavender and frankincense. I am becoming addicted to these amazing essential oils. They are pure delight.

    Love this neroli. Great alone but I mix it with lavender and ylang ylang and it's great.
