Indications: Earth element deficiency with Spleen Qi deficiency, Qi stagnation and Shen disharmony
Symptoms: Distraction, indifference, coldness, insecurity, neediness
Dominant oils: Saro, Geranium, Atlas cedarwood, jojoba oil

I have counted on Tonify Earth for many years now. It resolves any of my damp and spleen issues. It smells amazing and grounds me during the day. Even helps my digestion when I put a drop under my sternum.
This blend is wonderful, it smells and feels earthy and warming and has a beautiful undertone of rose geranium.
