A euphoric sweet-floral blend, Spirit Lift helps create a happy mood and promotes optimism; it is helpful with moodyness, depression, worry, insomnia and obsessions. This blend can help diffuse the intensity of acute emotions, e.g. grief or anger or fear.
Dominant oils: Neroli, Jasmine absolute, Bergamot, Ylang ylang, jojoba
Chinese medicine function: Nourishes Heart Blood and Yin, clears heat and glosses the Shen
For external use only. Properly dilute all essential oils in lotion or vegetable carrier oil before massage or other topical use. Keep out of reach of children. This was much quieter than I expected and doesn't last long on my skin. Nice but not quite what I expected.
I was surprised at just how immediately I felt my mood lift the first time I used this blend. It also smells so good I am happy to use it as a daily fragrance. But it really is such a wonderfully uplifting yet calming smell.
