I've been enjoying this sampler during an especially long fall cold. The mixes are mild, which I like, and soothing through headache and congestion. I use them in a waterless diffuser.
Only wish there was more, Haha! Great deal and price !!
I get nauseous after wearing my mask for a while. Inhaling what I am supposed to exhale starts to make me dizzy, so I add a few drops of these essential oils in my mask to wake me up – it brightens the moment a bit.
Great - especially in these times. Bought this sampler last fall and recently purchased tw more for my daughters recently. Everyone should have one.
