Shipping and Returns

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday and strive for a quick turnaround time of 2-3 business days.

Orders are sent from our facility in Santa Rosa, California, via UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First Class Mail, all depending on the size and destination of the order. Please note that UPS will only deliver to street addresses.

We also offer local pick up by appointment. If you would like to pick up your order, please indicate 'pick up' on checking out and call us to arrange a pick up time.

Overseas shipping rates: Please email us directly to obtain a quote for international shipping.


We want you to be happy with your Snow Lotus order! If there is an error with your order, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt so that we can correct the issue.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us no later than 5 business days of receipt. In order for us to file a claim, please email pictures of the box, packaging and the damaged product.

We are unable to accept or process any returns for any reason that are returned without prior approval, or that are submitted after 30 days of receipt. We cannot replace an item for any reason before receiving the incorrect or unacceptable item back.

Please note you may be subject to either a $30 or 10% of order restocking fee (whichever is greater) for approved returns. This charge applies unless the return or cancellation resulted directly from our error.
