In Chinese Medicine: Lavender is a gentle but versatile cooling, sweet-green oil used to circulate Qi in the Middle and Upper Jiao. In the traditional framework it addresses constrained Qi that generates heat and tension, and it is equally at home in acute and chronic work — one reason it is such a common choice for children and for sensitive people. Like Bergamot it is a wide-ranging relaxant oil, but cooling and calming rather than warming.
Chinese Medicine functions adapted from Peter Holmes, L.Ac., M.H., Channeling Fragrance. The full profile — treatment patterns, acupoint combinations and synergist oils — is in the book.

This is my favorite lavender oil of all time. I have purchased many times and will continue to purchase as long as it is available.
I love all the various lavenders that are offered by Snow Lotus. Lavender Bulgaria, Spike Lavender and Lavender France are used in my products with great efficacy.
