CM functions: Calms the spirit, relaxes constraint and settles the Heart

Indications: Spirit agitation, esp. from constrained Heart and Liver Qi

Symptoms: Anxiety, worry, impulsivity, irritability, reactive emotions, insomnia; T striated, P tight, wiry

Dominant oils: Blue tansy, Lavender, Roman camomile, Geranium, jojoba

For external use only. Properly dilute all essential oils in lotion or vegetable carrier oil before massage or other topical use. Keep out of reach of children. This is my first purchase of this product. Love it in my diffuser. Has a calming effect and the house smells so pretty.

I put 1 or 2 drops of this Calm Spirit on a cotton pad under my pillow at night. It smells wonderful and allows a deep sleep. The results are amazing, and with no drugs!
