Continuing Education Seminars

Snow Lotus Seminars has since 2002 been a provider of professional continuing education for practitioners of Chinese Medicine and Herbal Medicine, nurses, massage therapists and other practitioners in the area of complementary health care. Snow Lotus Seminars is:

Directed by Peter Holmes L.Ac M.H., the seminars offered combine the fields of herbal medicine and clinical aromatherapy. They address current issues in contemporary health care using the methodology of integrating energetic medicine with contemporary functional medicine. Their focus is clinical practice based on a combination of treatment exprience and research, and the discussions of treatment usually center on herbal and essential oil medicine, and secondarily on acupuncture and nutrition.

Peter brings to his programs over 25 years of research, clinical practice and teaching experience. One of the earliest pioneers in the use of essential oils with acupuncture points, he has developed specific point-oil protocols for energetic rebalancing treat-ment without the use of needles, if neccessary. His seminars Using Essential Oils in Chinese Medicine and Aroma Acupoint TherapyTM offer the fruits of his ongoing clinical experience in this exciting new treatment modality.
