Shipping errors must be notified within five days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. A $30 or 10% of order restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be charged unless the return or cancellation resulted directly from our error.
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us and the carrier within five days. Please note that you may need to obtain a report from the carrier if goods arrive damaged.
